Real Estate Branch Manager

This pioneering role requires strong leadership and motivational skills to direct agents and deal with the daily operations of a real estate branch office. Sales, customer service, relationship management and marketing are all within the scope of this role, in accordance with the Company’s objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a strongly networked individual with a reputation that can generate business in the branch, deliver business objectives through the assistance in sales closures as well as by coaching, guidance and team leadership, and achieve branch sales goals through new business sales and referrals.
He/she will have a proactive attitude which constantly seeks growth opportunities, networking, and the widening of influence in the real estate sector in Malta, with the goal to take this new business forwards effectively.



  • Manages and leads the Real Estate Agency branch.
  • Leads the sales team to maximise performance and evaluates the team members’ performances.
  • Supervises the team’s customer interaction to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assists the team in identifying properties for listing, evaluating properties, and setting suitable prices for the sale or rental as appropriate.
  • Helps in promoting the sale of properties through adverts, open houses, and listings.
  • Liaises with contractors for latest properties on the market for business development.
  • Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well as on the latest updates regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.
  • Assists in advising buyers and sellers on the suitability and value of the properties, market trends, prices, legal requirements, financing facilities and other related matters.
  • Administers sales leads and helps associates to close sales.
  • Plans and be present for promises of sales, as well as final contracts.
  • Prepares the necessary paperwork required for specific real estate transactions.
  • Sources and hires new sales associates, and provides on-the-job training and ongoing coaching.
  • Sets up procedures for the sales associates, based on the franchise guidelines.
  • Develops and executes marketing plans.
  • Keeps abreast with ongoing business in the agency.
  • Establishes own work schedules and constantly achieves goals.
  • Sets budgets and targets, as well as holds meetings with the board of directors and consultants to keep all parties informed of developments.
  • Monitors existing branches and future branches which the agency might set up, under the same franchise.
  • Collaborates with the immediate company’s worldwide branches, for the development of the brand in Malta, for training purposes, and for customers.
  • Uses networks, social media, and personal networks to attract local and international business.
