Take note of the ones which interest you most and contact one of our property letting consultants.

Once you have selected the properties that you would like to view, the property consultant will schedule the viewings and will accompany on ths property visits.

Signing the Tenancy Agreement

As soon as you identify the property that you would like to rent, the property consultant will introduce you to the landlord, and the necessary arrangements will be made to sign a Tenancy Agreement in a very short time.
Rent is normally paid monthly in advance and a refundable deposit which covers any possible damages and outstanding bills is normally required. This is customarily also equivalent to one month’s rent.
