About Coldwell Banker Malta

By virtue of Legal Notice 47 of 2014, the government of Malta brought into existence the Individual Investor Programme, allowing the granting of Citizenship based on certificate of naturalisation to foreign individuals, and their families, who contribute to the economic development of Malta.

An esteemed scheme

This citizenship programme, so far, is the only programme within the European Union which successfully underwent the scrutiny of the European Commission. Before issuing the certificate of naturalisation to foreign citizens, stringent vetting and diligence tests safeguard the quality and notoriety of the exclusive limited number of Maltese citizens.
